From start to finish, my experience with KAAS was a breeze! I found a photo of the dog I have been wanting for years online and immediately reached out to the shelter for details on Daisy. We have a toddler and a male dog at home so I wanted to be sure that she would feel comfortable with our family. By that weekend, my husband and I took our toddler into the shelter with us to see if she would be comfortable with children. After a few sniffs, Daisy laid down and our girl was snuggling her! We knew we had to bring her home. The final step was to introduce our spoiled dog to ensure everyone’s safety. Daisy did not have a lot of “one on one” time with the other dogs so the KAAS team made the extra effort to socialize her before we brought in our pup! They were SO communicative and we were able to bring him in during our lunch break to test the waters. Luckily for us, they loved each other and were a great fit! Now, Goose has the sister that he has always wanted and we were able to complete our family with Lucilla AKA Luci. Thank you for everything and being so easy to work with 😊

We adopted Miss Hazel Ray in September after my husband lost two people very dear to him. I have never been in a cleaner facility, with the most friendly and kind staff. They made the adoption process so easy and explained all of the medical paperwork as clear as day. Even though our sweet Hazel girl came from a terrible situation, we are so thankful KAAS saved her and gave us the chance to give her the life she deserves!
